In 1991 Stefan Dürr becomes managing director of FMA and builds up production capacities for the automotive field. Cooperation with Ebersbächer, KHD and Mercedes Benz for the delivery of sensors and controllers. In 1995 Stefan Dürr takes over FMA from PEBRA. 1996 FMA obtains ISO 9001 certification and expands the distribution network.
1983 the name of the company has changed in «FMA Feinmechanik & Elektronik AG». The company moves in the fall 1986 to the new building, im alten Riet 24 in Schaan.
